Welcome to the Ku–ring–gai gateway for access to Procurement Panels, Supplier details and Contracts Management Information.
Login to search for available panels of suppliers, view supplier compliance information, create and issue RFx's, receive and evaluate quotes, select suppliers and more.
For authorised users a contract management module is now available that holds details for current contracts, generates reminders for scheduled actions and enables up to date internal and external reporting.
Not registered? Council staff can request access by sending an email to: buyers mailbox.

Only suppliers that have been invited by the Ku–ring–gai Procurement Team can access opportunities and submit quotes via this VendorPanel gateway.
All suppliers can register via MarketPlace and this can be accessed via a link on Council’s webpage.
Suppliers are also encouraged to contact Local Government Procurement to enquire about opportunities to join their panels.
